Excellent Craft Beer Adventure

Welcome to our "Excellent Craft Beer Adventure" in England. We look forward to welcoming you in February 2020 to London and exploring the awesome craft beer scene in England together.

Registration is now open and spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes on December 5, 2019 or when the maximum number of registrants is reached; whichever comes first. 

​

$500 deposit is due (by credit card) with registration, latest on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. We require 15 participants to register by this date to ensure the beercation adventure is a GO! 

​

Our team will be in touch latest on Monday, November 11, 2019 with the hopefully good news that the minimum number of participants has been reached and the beercation adventure is a GO!

In the unlikely event that this journey is not happening, all deposits will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind that refunds may take up to 10 business days.

NOTE that the deposit is nonrefundable once the minimum number of participants has been reached, and we have contacted you to say that the trip is a GO (after Wednesday, November 6, 2019).

Please note that pricing changes with the number of participants. The more participants, the lower the pricing per person. So, please INVITE as many of your fun loving friends to come along as you can!

20-24 travelers with Adam & Fola: $2785

25-29 travelers with Adam & Fola: $2625

30-34 travelers with Adam & Fola: $2539

What's included?

​

• Hotel Accommodation 

​

Stay in luxury hotels in the heart of the beer cities of London and Manchester:  

Doubletree by Hilton Victoria Hotel, London  (1 night)

Doubletree by Hilton Piccadilly Hotel, Manchester (4 nights)

Doubletree by Hilton Victoria Hotel, London (2 nights)

• Beer Tastings + 2 nights at Cloudwater Brewery's Friends & Family & Beer Festival in Manchester.

Make sure to come thirsty and hungry. We have lots of beers and food to sample (see the full itinerary for details)!

• Sightseeing + Entrances

​

Your detailed itinerary lists all sightseeings with local expert guides plus other highlights that are already included.

​

• Transportation

​

Don't worry about how to get from London to Manchester.  Transportation will be mainly by luxury motor coach with driver & tour director. Also, included, meet and greet service with one group transfer arrival and departure at London Heathrow Airport!

• Meals not listed

​

In addition to daily breakfast, several lunches and 3 dinners are included. However, we have deliberately included several opportunities for the group to explore and dine together at a local restaurant that we choose together. Alternately, you are free to explore and dine at a restaurant of your own choosing.

• Travel Insurance 

Travel insurance with trip cancellation is Mandatory. You will be required to sign a waiver if you choose not to purchase travel insurance. We offer travel insurance through several companies, but you can also get your own coverage or maybe it is included as a credit card perk?

​

• Additional Rounds of Beer

Your detailed itinerary lists rounds included in your trip. Budget between £4 to £6 per pint for those extra drinks.

​

• Gratuity

Gratuity for the coach driver and/or guides in not included in the pricing. Please tip as generously as you are able.

• To recap:

​

$500 is due with registration, latest on Wednesday, November 6, 2019. Thereafter, the balance (final payment) is due December 5, 2019, and will depend on the number of travelers. Payment options include a certified or cashier's check or credit card. Note that credit card fees apply and are in addition. Note once final payment is made, it is nonrefundable. We again STRONGLY advise you purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation protection (in case something comes up and you are unable to go on the trip). Note also that no refunds will be made for unused services or pre-purchased events.
