You Need to Discover the New Sandals Resort in Curacao

I am not a massive fan of the Sandals brand, but I am super excited about the new Sandals Royal Curacao in June 2022. Curacao is a charming Dutch-owned Southern Caribbean; it features brightly colored colonial architecture, thriving art, and culinary scenes. Curacao feels like a bit of Europe lying at the edge of the Caribbean. The magnificent remote beaches, intriguing caves, incredible snorkeling, and a wild, undeveloped windward shoreline feel like bonuses you wouldn't expect. Couples often overlook curacao, and now this stunning resort will finally get the love it deserves! This article will cover everything you need to know about planning a trip to Sandals Curacao, one of the best Sandals resorts for your next romantic getaway.

Sandals Royal Curacao is the newest Sandals resort since Sandals Royal Barbados in 2017. You'll encounter it the way the extensive pool extends into the eternal Spanish Water, enabling you to imagine forever. At the site where Tafelberg Mountain meets the horizon, illuminating peaks beckon you to climb to new heights and absorb breathtaking sunsets.

Room Categories

The rooms at Sandals Royal Curacao exude a crisp and modern design with a welcoming and intimate setting without distractions.

Luxury Rooms

The Luxury category attracts many honeymooners because you can enjoy Sandals' inclusions at a more budget-friendly price. They are ideal for busy couples who plan to explore the destination outside their suite. The inclusions for the luxury level carry over to every room category. The entry room category is the Subi Premium (starting at $680 per night). These garden view rooms are large and airy and offer you the chance to stay at an incredible resort for a small price tag. The best room in the luxury category is the Sunchi Luxury Beachfront which provides you with unparalleled ocean views (starting at $780 per night)

Club Level Rooms

Club Level rooms are larger and more luxurious than an entry-level room and offer complimentary room service from 7 AM until 10 PM. Room service is one of the main reasons couples upgrade their suite. The service allows you to order breakfast in bed or have dinner delivered. Club level is ideal for clients that want to dine in a few nights of their honeymoon. There are many room types in the Club Level at Sandals Royal Curacao. Starting with the Carisia Oceanview Room (starting at $800 per night) and ending with the stunning and romantic Sunchi Swim-up Beachfront Junior Suite with Patio Tranquility Soaking Tub (starting at $1040 per night)

Butler Level Rooms

The Butler suites are the most extravagant and luxurious the brand offers, and they provide the most breathtaking views. This category takes service and extravagance to a new level. Butler suites provide the 'once-in-a-lifetime' adventure, perfect for any special occasion! If you choose a butler room, you can expect a greeting with lemongrass-scented hand towels, cocktails, and even tasty treats. As your butler escorts you to your suite, they will fill you in on the resort. Complete your check-in from the comfort of your suite. You can tweak preferences, tour the hotel, or relax – you'll get a cell phone to reach your butler whenever you need them. Butlers can serve you lunch or dinner from any restaurant on the beach, poolside, or in your suite. This category starts with Amante One Bedroom Oceanview (starting at $1200 per night) and ends with the Amante One Bedroom Oceanview Royal Suite ($1712 per night)

The standout room categories are two brand new room categories to the Sandals brand.

Awa Seaside Bungalows

The warm breeze of the trade winds, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, and the intimacy of the bungalows set the scene for romance, each featuring private pools overlooking the Spanish Water.

Kurason Island Suites

Retreat to the relaxed elegance of the Kurason Island Suites, overlooking the exclusive heart-shaped pool and lush private island garden. These new signature suites surround a secluded lagoon, where guests can explore and perfect their love languages.

Another first for Sandals is that guests staying in one of these brand new categories will have Mini Cooper at their disposal to explore gorgeous Curacao.

Dining at Sandal Royal Curacao

From the freshest seafood to the distinctive flavors of the orient, the resort offers a culinary journey with 11 fantastic dining options, including three new food trucks.

The Duchess Floating Restaurant hovers above the sparkling seas; guests will be able to wine and dine in this simple piece of heaven at Sandals' first-ever floating restaurant.
